At Red Thread, we take pride in the care and craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry. Each piece is made with aloha, and we want you to love what you receive.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Time Frame:
Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligible Items:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards
Final sale items
Custom/personalized designs
4. Exchanges:
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or design (equal or lesser value). Shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged Items:
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll work quickly to replace or repair your piece.
6. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
